Our Poundo Yam quickly became a star product within the Ayoola Foods product portfolio for Africans. The product is made from carefully selected yam tubers, has the taste and aroma of freshly prepared pounded yam, and best of all, is ready in as little as five minutes. It is popularly eaten in all parts of Nigeria and West Africa. Ayoola Poundo Yam can be served with any soup of your choice and is available in 450 g, 0.9 kg, 1.8 kg and 4.5 kg packs. It is also available in 9.1 kg bags.
Ayoola Poundo Yam Flour is easily prepared and can be eaten with any soup of your choice. It is widely eaten in all parts of Nigeria and is also used as a thickening agent in the preparation of some soups. Ayoola Poundo Yam Flour comes with an easy to follow set of preparation instructions. You don’t need to go through the stress of pounding – just stir in hot water, cook for five minutes and it is ready.
