Margaret River grown 100% Shiraz, skin contacted for just a few hours before pressing resulting in this delicate coloured and soft wine. Subtle aromas of strawberries, pink blossom and candy followed by a fresh and zingy finish on the palate.
Enjoy with crustacean seafood and lightly spiced dishes. Serve well chilled.
