Introducing Carlo Rossi Ice, a collection of elegant and refreshing flavoured wines inspired by the taste of sun-kissed fruits. The grapes for the Carlo Rossi Ice Strawberry blend, were harvested at optimum ripeness during low night temperatures to preserve the natural fresh fruit flavours in the wine. The winemaker selected particularly aromatic yeast strains and employed a cool fermentation process to yield more expressive flavours and mouthfeel. Proper storage after fermentation has preserved the natural brightness and balance of the wine.
