Once you have decided on a basic dough with or without eggs – depending on what type of pasta you want to make – you can get started. First roll the dough thinner step by step using the lasagna attachment. Then use the different attachments to make spaghetti, tagliatelle or filled ravioli as you wish. There are no limits to your imagination and experimenting with shapes and flavor additions such as sepia ink, spinach or dried tomatoes is really fun.
Tip: Pasta dough without eggs is particularly suitable for a small supply of pasta, as it lasts longer than a version with eggs. Try it!
