The red wine from the PERGOLA collection is a delicate, distinguished, fruity wine and develops a flavor like flowers mixed with berries. To achieve a balance between sugars and acidity, we have made a Pergola plantation.
Grapes are warm and sun-loving and nowhere they feel better than in the Dobrogea area, where they gather plenty of sugar.
It can be served alongside any roast beef, pork, horseradish and even turkey or pheasant, but also associated with “à la française” cheese, which is served at the end of the meal.
It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature between 16-18 degrees Celsius.
