Segura Viudas Rosat is a wine made from Tempranillo and Merlot. Harvest is done mechanically and at night, and it is transported in double-bottom trailers so that the must that is produced by the pressure is separated from the rest of the grapes. Only this must will be used. Once the harvest arrives at the winery, it is refrigerated at 12ºC. Then, it goes through a static settling process for the fermentation to begin at 16ºC. After the fermentation is finished, the wine is racked and left to stand for a month on its fine lees.
