Beef liver has little to no fiber bundles which are normally found in red meat. Liver is budget-friendly and full of nutrients, It’s packed with protein, and micronutrients. At HTS Plus, our fresh meats are slaughtered and processed in a  healthy and hygienic environment giving our customers the desired nutritional content for the utmost benefit of our consumers. We make every effort to get high-quality animal products that are both enjoyable and nutritious, as they should be.  Our meat is cleaned before delivery and it comes neatly wrapped in an airtight bag and ready to cook, or ready to be frozen until you are ready to cook.

Cooking:

Liver is usually cut into smallish pieces and cooking time is kept very short, as liver tends to toughen with longer cooking.
